We offer 30 days return/exchange. We are extending the period for gifts so that it applies from the day the gift is given :) -
Please note that it can take 7-9 working days from sending the return package until it has been received and processed. Refunds can take 3-10 banking days depending on the bank and payment method.
Return shipping cost and extra charges will be paid by the sending of the package.
Make sure that the returned order is packed exactly as it were received. (We do not make a refund on the order if, for example, we receive a necklace that is tangled due to inappropriate packaging)
